Here’s our 3 tams that made the sale, they aren’t whip trained and are still very green. The male has a bright future as a boar prospect or barrow and the gilts should have successful show careers while still being great sow prospects

We have 6 Tamworths in Duncan, OK for the NSR Fall Exposition. Their pedigree reads Empire x Bentley(clone of Fury’s dam). The 6 include 2 offmarked gilts that will be in the crossbred sift, along with with 2 registered gilts, a registered boar, and registered barrow. All of them have bright futures, make sure to find them if you are at the Fall Exposition .

The sift will be broadcast on Walton Webcasting with online bidding available. Delivery is possible along the route home on our trailer as well as the potential to meet other haulers.

Found this picture the other day while cleaning. This was the first Hereford boar I kept and he ended up selling to New York at the 2014 National Hereford show

Very excited about this litter of tams from last night, Empire x Bentley (clone of Fury’s dam). Even with the off marks there are a pair of piglets that look to have very high potential.

This is a littermate to our new York boar 55-5

Check out Clean Sweep!

Ryan Michaels told me I needed to see this boar, very impressive! He is just flat a good hog with ideal skeleton that is built from the ground up. He has big toes and ideal Yorkshire bone and is clean jointed and very athletic off both ends. He has ideal hip design. Study his rib shape, his extra body, his length of hip and the reaching power he has from his ideal shoulder placement to the end of his nose. This guy is square made front and rear. His teat count is 7-7 and very high quality. If you dig back in his pedigree, he goes back to the Swedish imports of the late 90's and 2000's, He has extra body, extra toughness and is backed by generations of great sows!

I’m very happy to be bringing home Bona Vista Farms draft entry to Wisconsin. Yesterday when I stopped and looked at him and his sire, Swept Away, I was extremely impressed and decided he needed to come to WI.
