ittakestwofarm.com/signup It Takes Two Farm started as a dream. It was also my desire to offer a “different” type of therapeutic activity.

I envisioned that one day I could offer my horses, share my knowledge and pass on my experience to those interested in learning about horses. Making this dream a reality would not have been possible with out the support of my parents, children and friends. Over the years many clients have asked about how the farm was named and what the name means. There are really three parts to the answer. First, I once had a horse named “It Takes Two”, Twoey, who was a great companion and an inspiration. There is a beautiful painting of him (with Arissa) that hangs in the classroom. Secondly, it takes two, both a horse and a rider working together as a team to form a successful partnership. Thirdly, it takes two to have a conversation, it takes two to have a successful relationship of any kind, it takes two people working together to accomplish goals and overcome obstacles. From a therapeutic perspective it is this intertwining of two beings that creates a unique opportunity for comfort, growth, peace and joy. You're Invited to a Spook-tacular Halloween Celebration! 🎃️
Join us on Saturday, October 31st from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
We look forward to seeing your creative costumes!

Explore our new sensory trail, designed for a unique experience. Each child is welcome to select a pumpkin to take home as a special treat. Enjoy a visit with our friendly animals, and take part in our interactive activities, including donkey and horse grooming. Pony and horse rides will also be available for an additional fee.

Admission: $25 per family. Pony and horse rides: $10 per ride. We can't wait to celebrate with you! 🎉

Hay tine attachment I used with John Deere 4600 Series
Scaffolding with planks, stairs & braces

All but hay tine have been stored inside.

Want to make handmade Christmas gifts—or something just for yourself—without buying all the supplies and ending up with leftovers? Come create with us! ✂️🎁

We’re thinking about another Craft Bar with several projects to choose from, including options for adults and kids.

✨ Adults enjoying a creative get-together

We have been working on our roll backs and this video shows what we want ultimately. Right now we are breaking it down and adding on a bit at a time. We do not expect this in 4 or 6 lessons. This took many, many rides.
