“My name is Austin Johnson and I am from central Kentucky in a small city called Paris.

I grew up raising and showing angus cattle, market lambs, and have always had a strong connection to the agriculture industry.

I attended World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2020 then completed a short internship with Matt Lowery, who introduced me to Dan, which started my career with DV Auction. I thoroughly enjoy traveling and the connections I have made while working for DV, but what brings me the most joy is watching our customers succeed.

Outside of DV, my wife and I own and operate A.Johnson Livestock, raising quality market lambs for 4H & FFA exhibitors. We have a two year old daughter who is the light of our lives. When I’m not in a sale barn or working sheep you can occasionally catch me on the golf course!”
