Size matters: when it comes to coffee!

On our visit to Carmo Coffees in Brazil, we sat down with Dianne to learn how coffee is graded using sizing sieves.

The bigger the bean, the higher the price. And colour counts too, greener beans mean better quality and sweeter cups, while whiter beans are less sweet and more affordable.
