After many years of cooking and entertaining Caroline has decided to follow her food passion and create a line of sauces, jams and pastes. With a Lebanese father and Mauritian mother the brand name Fattoush (a traditional Lebanese bread salad made from toasted pita breads and mixed greens) is an ode to her Lebanese heritage and the main chilli line Mazavaroo (Mauritian Creole chilli) brings back f

ond memories of chopping chilli’s in her grandparents kitchen. Focussing on local ingredients with no preservatives she will be selling her goods at local retailers and online.
