Where old vines meet ancient craft.

Deep within the Kanu cellar, our Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc takes a different path.

Born from 38-year-old bush vines, The Right Stuff is given time in traditional clay amphorae alongside French oak, allowing the w**e to develop texture, complexity and depth while preserving the character of the fruit.

These amphorae are more than vessels — they’re part of the story. A meeting of old vines, earth and time, creating a Sauvignon Blanc that goes well beyond the expected.

The dam at Kanu W**es will be closed for the whole month of October to give the fish a peaceful spawning season.

📅 Closed: 1–31 October
✅ Fishing bookings reopen: November
