It's that time of the year again!

Yesterday, we brewed the 2026 vintage of our Chenin Saison. A collaboration between , and

This beer is a labour of love and a lot of work to put together.

It all starts with hand harvesting and sorting the beautiful Chenin Blanc Grapes grown on 48 year old bush vines on the Starke family farm.

The beer is then refermented on the grapes and refermented again in bottle for natural carbonation and a bright, lively drinking experience.

An extending aging period follows before the bottles are all hand labeled with the beautiful artwork from

We can't wait to see how this year's iteration develops and to share it with all of you!

What a special day!

Stoked to launch this very special collaboration between , and today.

Spent the morning labelling and dating the bottles with the family before taking a walk up into the vineyards where the 48 year old bush vine Chenin Blanc that produces the beer was harvested to open some bottles with friends and loved ones.

A great tradition and really looking forward to where we can take this idea in the years to come.

Stoked to be the first craft brewery in the country to get to really play around with some products.

These are incredibly high-quality extracts.

We received a mixture of different fruit extracts as well as varietal specific hop extracts in the form of Abstrax Sky Farm and Quantum Brite.

The sky is the limit!

We brewed this batch with a super interesting hop combination and very out there water profile.

This is definitely going to be unique.

It's great to finally get some international coverage for our unique South African beer community.

All Simcoe all the time!

Get over to this Saturday for a taste of Synchronicity West Coast IPA.

This is a single hop Simcoe beer brewed with some of the most special Simcoe that exists anywhere.

Super stoked to have had the opportunity to work with these hops.

The beer is a modern style West Coast IPA with a lean malt profile and crisp bitterness that really allows the hops to shine.
