Adams Farms is a Brussels Sprout farm and home of Arthur Sprout, the Big Sprout. We are located in the beautiful Yarra Valley. We strive to provide quality Brussels Sprouts to our Local Supermarkets as well as well known chains such as Coles and also markets Australia wide. Brussels Sprouts have many health benefits, they are high in fibre and are great source of Vitamin A, Calcium, Potassium and

Folacin. Although Brussels Sprouts may not be a crowd favourite, we look forward to sharing with you some delicious recipes that might just change your mind. There is nothing better then fresh produce, so come and grab our quality Brussels Sprouts from the farm on weekdays during the picking season, which is from March through to September.

Before the sun is properly up, our team is already out in the rows hand-picking fresh Brussels sprouts. From there they’re sorted then packed with care, chilled to lock in their freshness, and loaded onto the truck ready for market.

It’s a process that’s been part of our family farm for generations, and while a lot has changed over the years, one thing hasn’t, we’re still passionate about growing the freshest produce possible.

Thanks for supporting Australian farmers and choosing local.

Every Brussels sprout starts right here 🌱

It’s easy to pick up a bag of sprouts at the supermarket. What you don’t always see is the months of work that happen long before they get there.

From a tiny seedling planted into the paddock, these plants spend months growing through frosty mornings, hot days, rain (when we’re lucky!), and everything in between. Every day they’re checked, cared for and given the best chance to thrive.

Then one day, those tiny seedlings have become tall plants covered in Brussels sprouts from top to bottom.

It’s a good reminder that the best things take time.
