The entire team at Pt. Leo Estate are saddened to learn of the passing of Yayoi Kusama.

We want to thank her for her immense contribution to the avant garde art world, and of course, for her work on Pumpkin 2019 which sits majestically in the Sculpture Park, overlooking the waters of Western Port and providing constant inspiration for our culinary and service teams.

A true pioneer whose creative practices encompassed visual art and sculpture, poetry, fiction and performance, Kusama continued to paint until her last days at age 97.

We are tremendously grateful for all her work and honoured to be the custodians of one her finest pieces.

For one afternoon only, Laura relocates to Flinders Truffles, taking guests on an unforgettable journey from earth to table.

Your experience begins with a guided truffle hunt through the orchard of French oak trees, led by owners Jane and Tony, alongside their expert truffle dogs, Lucy and Enzo, as you uncover these prized winter treasures.

Afterwards, gather in the warmth of the Flinders Truffles homestead for an exceptional five-course lunch. Crafted by Culinary Director Josep Espuga and his team, each dish showcases premium winter black truffles at their seasonal peak, paired with outstanding local produce and complemented by Pt. Leo Estate wines or premium non-alcoholic beverages.

Each ticket includes the Truffle Hunt, lunch, and your choice of either Estate wines, or a non-alcoholic package.

Don’t stress - you can still get a bottle of Pinot and have some snacks at the Cellar Door (walk-ins only).
