With our permanent outdoor space ready to go and the Apothecary Garden springing back into bloom, we are ready to host you. We have multiple options that we can tailor to suit your needs. Quietly started a few months ago, we felt it was time to officially launch two exciting wh**ky experiences available exclusively at Killara Distillery in Richmond, the heart of the Coal River Valley 🌾
While a few lucky guests have already had the chance to fill their very own bottle from the Hand Fill Cask now sitting proudly in our cellar door, we think this is the perfect gift for dad this Father’s Day. Come along for a Cellar Door Tasting or Distillery Tour and leave with a personalised Killara Single Malt Wh**ky.

Since our very first cask - KD01, a portion of every barrel we’ve decanted has been added to our solera-style Infinity Cask.

This special cask carries a trace of every Killara Distillery barrel that came before it. A single moment drawn from our ongoing story, this first bottling celebrates 10 years of Killara Distillery.

A unique wh**ky that belongs to everyone who has been a part of Killara’s story so far.

Join Kristy and the Killara team for a very special occasion as we celebrate the 10-Year Anniversary and Launch of the 10 Year anniversary bottling of Single Malt Wh**ky at Killara Distillery.

The event will include the official opening, light refreshments, a tasting of our new Infinity Cask 10yr Anniversary Wh**ky Release, and an opportunity to celebrate this milestone together.

The official part of the event will conclude at 5pm, however you are welcome to stay around for a bonfire and Anasyrma, or lifting of the skirt’s fertility ritual. While there will be no nudity, it will be a fun way to bless the distillery, the land that it sits on, and to chase away any negative energy.

This new award recognizes and celebrates excellence in production quality, brand development, commercial success and contribution to the Australian distilling industry.
