2025 Reserve Pinot Gris

Our barrel fermented Pinot Gris is rich and aromatic, with enticing notes of ginger spiced poached pear, delicate citrus blossom and a hint of marzipan. A smooth and textural palate, showing flavours of baked quince and a peach fuzz mouthfeel. It’s full and rounded and the perfect pairing for your next dinner party.

Milton Vineyard’s Head W**emaker, Jacqui Dolan joins Urban Greek sommelier Theo Achlatis to co-host the night as we share the stories behind our cool-climate w**es while Theo pairs them seamlessly with a curated Greek menu.
