We love a good, solid classic around here, and it doesn't get more classic than this.

Grilled chicken, crispy bacon, egg, croutons and cos lettuce, topped with caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. The Caesar Salad is top-notch.

Always there to lend a hand when things get busy, and as you can see, sometimes that means carrying half the kitchen at once 🍔

She’s a natural when it comes to the organised chaos of venue life, bringing plenty of ideas and handling whatever gets thrown her way without missing a beat.

She’s someone our whole team can count on. We get stuck in, have a laugh and get through the mayhem together. And with Gigi around, there’s never a dull moment.

For a fresh as feed, you really can't go past the Squid Noodle Salad 👌

Crispy salt and pepper fried squid, vermicelli noodles, cabbage, pickled carrot, cucumber, fresh chilli and peanuts, all tossed through a tangy nam yum dressing with plenty of fresh mint.

That's the good stuff.
