Fun pork product #2!

The Pork Lollipop (aka: Pork cinnamon roll on a stick)
These things were birthed from a random hair brained, long day in the shop idea that we had about three months ago when we were both a little hungry while cutting pork! And let me tell you....they are absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

We've been so busy helping prepare tradeshow product for , and pushing custom beef through that I haven’t even posted anything for the shop! 😂

We will be back at the Fort St John Tradeshow this weekend!

Along with a few of our classic jerky and pepperoni, we will have a couple of fun pork products for folks to try! The first if which will be cured and smoked pork chops. Thick cut, and ready for your BBQ, these bad boys are just waiting to fill your belly!

It's time to give away a ham!!

For some perspective, here is the front quarter hanging beside a normal sized front quarter from a 825lb carcass! This thing is an absolute UNIT!! We will definitely have to get creative to get this big boy processed!
