Back where we belong… in the brewery.

After a few busy days on the road making deliveries, today we’re back in the brewery getting another batch ready.

Every bottle of Nectr is brewed, bottled and prepared by hand right here in Haliburton County before it heads out to stores, restaurants and cafés across the region.

If you’re in Muskoka this afternoon, stop by fieldofgreens.muskoka between 3:00 and 5:30 p.m. We’ll be there offering free samples, and we’d love to help you find your favourite flavour.

Whether you’re heading to the cottage, out on the boat, or just enjoying a slower pace this August long weekend, we hope it’s a great one.

It’s one of the busiest weeks of the summer for us.

With the August long weekend just around the corner, we’re spending more time on the road than in the brewery this week, making sure our retail partners are stocked up before the weekend rush.

Today meant plenty of kilometres, lots of lifting, and stops at multiple different locations, but it’s always rewarding to see Nectr making its way onto shelves across the region.

We’re incredibly grateful to all of the local stores and restaurants that choose to support small businesses like ours. Every bottle you see on a shelf represents a lot of work behind the scenes—from brewing and bottling to labelling, packing and delivering.

Tomorrow we’re back out making more deliveries before we can finally get back into the brewery on Friday to start brewing the next batch.

A Monday at the brewery.

There’s no glamorous side to small-batch brewing—just a lot of moving parts, and we love every minute of it.

Today started with deliveries to keep our retail partners stocked, followed by an afternoon back at the brewery labelling fresh Cherry Hibiscus.

Every bottle of Nectr is brewed, bottled, labelled and packed right here in Haliburton County before making its way onto store shelves.

It’s a busy way to start the week, but knowing our kombucha is heading out for people to enjoy makes it all worthwhile.

Thanks for supporting local and for being part of our journey.

One of the best parts of living in Haliburton County is that wildlife is never very far away. Whether you're heading to the cottage, out for a drive, or just running into town, chances are you'll cross paths with some of the locals along the way.
As the roads get busier heading into summer, it's worth remembering that the increased traffic, noise, and vibrations can throw animals off. Even when you're driving cautiously, deer, moose, turkey, and other wildlife can make sudden and unpredictable moves.
Slow down, stay alert, and give wildlife plenty of room whenever you can. A few extra seconds on the road can make all the difference.
Have a great summer, enjoy everything Haliburton County has to offer, and help keep our wild neighbours safe too.

May long weekend is finally here. The unofficial start to summer, where cottage roads are packed, docks are going in, and everyone suddenly remembers they’re 10 years older than they were last May 2-4.

If your plans involve campfires, coolers, boats, lawn chairs, or making “just one more stop” before heading home, make sure there’s some Nectr in the fridge too.

The moose gets it. Sometimes your head feels a little heavy after a weekend in cottage country.

Stay hydrated, enjoy the long weekend, and drink lots of Nectr Kombucha. See everyone out there this weekend.
