Gut Feelings 06: A Soft Place for the Mind š§š»
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and weāve been thinking about how often the most meaningful care looks like the least dramatic. A warm mug held with both hands. A meal eaten unhurried. The pause we give ourselves before saying yes again.
The gut and the mind are always in conversation, what we feed one, we feed the other. When we slow down enough to truly nourish ourselves, something settles. The body softens. The mind follows.
This month, weāre celebrating the quiet work of tending to ourselves. A return to something older, slower, and deeply human.
