A little cross-border road trip... BBQ Passion style! 🔥

Headed down to Plattsburgh, USA this weekend! Rest assured, despite the little bit of tension in the air between Canada and the US right now, no major trade agreements were signed 😅

We took advantage of the nice weather to check out some of the local sights:

🌊 A nice stroll down Margaret Street, a stop at Peace Point Park, and a look around the Plattsburgh City Beach and marinas.
🗽 A quick glance at the majestic MacDonough Monument.
🥩 And of course, a strategic, comforting stop at Texas Roadhouse to recharge the batteries!

Between you and me, though, the real "diplomatic mission" of the weekend happened in the shops. I managed to smuggle a brand-new cast iron baker's skillet and a few choice rubs back across the border, and I can hardly wait to test them out on the grill.
