We hosted the most amazing farm to table dinner this weekend at the gorgeous Upton Barn here in Lanark. We featured 7 local farms at our dinner. We continue to raise money for Lanark County Interval House. We had the most wonderful guests. Everyone loved the food and eclectic music by Jack Surch. Thank you to Upton Barn for the most beautiful venue. Thank you to both Tess Powter from LCIH and Arlene Keith from Balderson Blueberries for speaking at our dinner. Thank you to our staff for pulling off another successful event!

We hosted the most amazing farm to table dinner this weekend at the gorgeous Upton Barn here in Lanark. We featured 7 local farms at our dinner. We continue to raise money for Lanark County Interval House. We had the most wonderful guests. Everyone loved the food and eclectic music by Jack Surch. We have produce from Miller's Bay Farm, blueberries from Balderson Blueberries, and sweet corn from Beachgrove Farms! This meal is going to be absolutely delicious! Our next farm to table dinner is in less than two weeks and we want to give you the inside scoop on our venue and farms so you have an idea of how incredible this dinner is going to be!

We have been working with Back 40 Artisan Cheese since we've started hosting farm to table dinners last summer. When you have an artisinal cheese maker 20 minutes away, you feature them as much as possible!! Jeff and Jenna from Back 40 are as passionate for their craft as you come! They have the most beautiful farm on the edge of the Mississipi river where you can visit their shop, sit at the riverside bar for a fire wood pizza, or sit by the firepit near the river and relax. Their hand crafted sheep milk cheese is incredible and the epitome of farm to table. We are so lucky to have Back 40 as part of our local economy. Visit their farm, grab a woodfire pizza, or attend one of their events by visiting artisancheese.ca.

We are very excited to help introduce Lanark County's newest wedding and event venue, Upton Barn! Nestled among sun-kissed fields and beautiful cottage country, Upton Barn's romantic white barn rests beautifully against a backdrop of gentle pink bedrock and sweeping forest views. Their beautiful venue is warmly tucked away in the heart of lovely Lanark County. We are very excited to help usher in this new venue in our community by hosting a mid-summer night farm to table dinner under the marquee tent in their manicured gardens.
