We are making headway with the kitchen. It is taking some time as we started with a couple of empty seacans to renovate into a viable kitchen. We still have some of the plumbing and the electrical to get in but it is looking great so far. We are so very excited about the future. And we have been practicing some new recipes like slow smoked brisket, smoked turkey halves, pepperoni and a few other things like that.

And there is always some leftover beef when making jerky so, of course, there is now a pot of Beef Barley Soup on the stove. Yummy

Playing in the kitchen again today. I decided it was a good day to practice making some more jerky. Every time I make some it seems to disappear quite rapidly so I must be doing something right. This week it will be Special Blend, Salt & Pepper, Teriyaki and some Dill Pickle just to change it up a little
