Hey everyone. Harbourside Delivery is happy to announce thay we have made some updates regarding how we operate. Now that the company has been officially registered, we have some new structures to implement that will help our customers as well as our employees. Additionally, this means that we have some rules that will need to be followed.
Firstly, there is now one business email that all drivers will be using for etransfer payments. Please update your phone or bank contacts with the Harbourside Delivery email address: [email protected]. Once again, please ensure that all etrasnfer payments are sent to [email protected]. All drivers(contractors)will receive payment with this email.
Secondly, we now have one business number that should always be called or texted first. This number is for the dispatcher of the company who will then pass along your order to an available driver(contractor). This is to help with efficiency so that customers are not waiting longer than they need to. The number to always contact first is 236-969-8088. While I will be dispatcher on some days, our main dispatcher is Cynthia Norman! That number again to contact first is 236-969-8088. Please be advised, that all orders must be placed with the dispatcher at this number. Please respect the drivers and company and call the main number first.
Also, we are now asking customers to be very specific with what they would like to order. Please specify the brand of items, the quantity, preferred store to shop at, etc. We are asking customers with big grocery orders or multiple stop orders to please make sure your list of items is clean and specific. If you have forgotten an item and wish to add it after the initial order has been placed, please be advised that it may not be purchased alongside the initial order. Please be advised that if you do not specify an items brand and you do not like the brand provided, there will be no refund. With that said, we can provide the receipt if you would like to return the product yourself. Attatched is an example of a perfect list. It is legible, it is clear, and specific on brand items. Once again, this is to ensure that we can provide an efficient and excellent service for everyone.
We are excited to announce that we are offering a seniors and low income delivery fee of $8.50 on a regular basis! On top of that, we will also be providing a special grocery service for seniors and low income. Every Thursday that delivery fee for them will be $7.50 with a $2 per 15 min in the store.
Lastly, we are happy to announce that, as of June 1st, we are starting a breakfast service! The breakfast service will be from 9:00am to 11:00am which means our hours will be 9:00am to 8:00pm. The breakfast service will have a cheaper delivery rate for specific breakfast areas in town. For example, if you would like breakfast from Cafe Vosino delivered we offer a reduced rate of $6.50 on Mondays! We are still finalizing our reduced breakfast rates per restaurant and day.
