Field Stone Fruit Wines launched in July of 2005, as Alberta’s first estate winery. We were the first business to be granted a license under the Government of Alberta’s new cottage winery regulations, allowing fruit growers to manufacture and sell fruit wines. Our family-run winery and farm are nestled into 50 acres of mature berry orchards located forty minutes east of Calgary — just outside Stra

thmore — one of the sunniest regions in Canada. For more than a decade, our popular “U-Pick” Bumbleberry Orchards had been known for its exceptional fruit — harvesting plump, extra-sweet, sun-kissed berries grown using biological farming principles and the best of Mother Nature. Along with our noted world expert winemaker, Dominic Rivard, we developed our unique wines from saskatoon berries, strawberries, raspberries, chokecherries, black currants, red cherries and rhubarb into ten succulent and delicate combinations. All Field Stone wines are made from 100-percent Alberta-grown fruit, 80-percent of which is grown on the winery’s own orchard. Since 2006, the winery has been distinguished with dozens of awards and medals across its 10 varieties of fruit and dessert wines from national and international competitions. From orchard to bottle, farm to table, our wines grew from farmgate and winery direct sales to popular Farmers Market mainstays with every wine we have created being noted with awards.

Introducing our Prairie Raspberry Lemonade — the perfect summer sipper made with Field Stone Raspberry Fruit Wine.

✨ Recipe:
• 3 oz Field Stone Raspberry Fruit Wine
• 3 oz lemonade
• Ice

Combine equal parts wine and lemonade, add ice… and that’s it! 🍷🍋

Dessert just got a glow-up 🍰🍷

These Bumbleberry Cheesecake Swirl Bars are creamy, tangy, and layered with that rich bumbleberry flavour you love.

✨ What you’ll need:
• 1 cup Bumbleberry Blush
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ cup fresh raspberries
• 1 ½ cups cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Graham cracker crust

✨ How to make it:
Simmer Bumbleberry Blush, sugar, cornstarch, and raspberries until thickened into a sauce. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust, swirl in the raspberry bumbleberry sauce, and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30–35 minutes. Chill before slicing.

Help us kick off the growing season at Field Stone Fruit Wines! We’re looking for 10–20 community members to come lend a hand planting the fruit that you’ll get to enjoy and pick later in the year.

It’s a chance to get your hands in the soil, spend time outdoors, and be part of the orchard’s next season of growth. As a thank you, everyone who joins us for planting will receive complimentary wine and a free U-Pick experience later in the season.

Bumbleberry Glazed Chicken is sweet, tangy, and packed with rich berry flavour that takes your BBQ to the next level.

✨ What you’ll need:
• 1 cup Bumbleberry Blush
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• Salt + pepper
• Chicken thighs or breasts

✨ How to make it:
Simmer Bumbleberry Blush, honey, balsamic, and garlic until slightly thickened. Season your chicken, grill or bake, and brush with glaze in the last 10 minutes.

✨ What you’ll need:
• 3 oz Bumbleberry wine
• 1 oz gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Fresh basil leaves
• Ice

✨ Garnish:
Basil sprig + lemon peel

✨ How to make it:

Try this: Bumbleberry Wine Pasta Sauce—rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced.

✨ What you’ll need:
• 1 cup Bumbleberry Blush
• 1 cup crushed tomatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• Fresh basil
• Salt + pepper

✨ How to make it:
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add Bumbleberry Blush and reduce slightly, then stir in tomatoes and let it simmer. Toss with pasta and finish with fresh basil.
