Made with Reuven’s Fully Cooked Karaage (Product Code 10610), this bowl layers crispy chicken over sushi rice with sautéed veggies and a tangy sesame-ginger dressing. It’s a balanced, flavour-forward dish perfect for foodservice menus or weekly meal prep.⁠

✨ Here’s how to make it:⁠
1️⃣ Make the dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together:
• 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tsp canola oil
• 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Set aside.⁠

2️⃣ Sauté the vegetables:
In a wok or large skillet, heat 4 tsp canola oil over medium-high heat. Add:
• 2 carrots (thinly sliced into half-moons)
• 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
