From the orchards of Brittany and Normandy in northwest France, our cider is born from generations of growers who have cared for these lands for centuries. This is the heart of traditional French cider making — rooted in heritage, craft, and respect for the apple.

We work with more than 200 varieties of cider apples, each one bringing its own balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness and tannins. It’s this incredible diversity, and the regions they come from, that give Galipette its character.

Galipette is pur jus — 100% fermented apple juice, made the French way, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
