Our delicious Ruby Red beef has been dry aged for a month giving a fabulous depth to flavour and tenderness. It is 100% grass fed beef, so expect perfect marbling in your steak. We have received nothing but good feedback so why not give us a try ? We are a very small family livestock farm and would love you to support our local business.
