Hello sunshine!

With a gorgeously sunny long weekend in store, how about one of these to cool you down? Super refreshing and a doddle to make at home.

75ml Mandarin & Passion Fruit gin
250ml tonic
50g sugar

Stir the gin, tonic and sugar together in a jug until the sugar has dissolved and the tonic has lost its fizz. Pour into a six hole lolly mould, add lolly stocks and freeze for at least 5 hrs, or ideally overnight.

Try adding different garnishes to the mould before pouring over the liquid. Slices of citrus fruit, mint, cucumber or try raspberries with our Raspberry, Rhubarb & Ginger gin, you get the idea!

While we use our ‘big’ still Anna, to create St. Giles gins, we also have these beautiful smaller stills at our distillery.

Perfect for recipe development, they also mean we can offer bespoke distilling for a variety of clients and events.
