Meet Sravya and Oviya, two students bringing together Indian and Japanese influences in their creation🇮🇳🇯🇵✨
Their Indo-Japanese dish reimagines familiar flavours with a healthier twist, using foxtail millet instead of rice, paired with flavourful tandoori paneer and a fresh filling : vibrant pickled vegetables.
Instead of traditional soy sauce, they bring in an Indian touch with tamarind chutney and mint chutney, creating a balance of tangy, spicy and refreshing flavours.
A thoughtful combination of nutrition, creativity and cross-cultural flavours, proving that healthy food can be just as exciting and flavourful. 👩‍🍳🔥
