After a rainy season, March brought what Sauvignon Blanc needed most: sunlit days and cool nights, allowing the fruit to reach beautiful maturity while preserving freshness and intensity.
The finest parcels were hand-harvested, and all fruit was picked in the early morning to preserve its natural purity.
