‘Wildly perfumed and aromatic, this expands in layers of apricot blossom, rose petals, ambarella, finger lime, sarsaparilla and wet stone. The palate is dry but equally expressive; its core of firm acidity and grainy phenolics wrapped in layers of savoury spice and juicy fruit, right to the gently grippy finish. A w**e which changes depending on how the light hits it, this holds a lot of interest and will provide much satisfaction over the near-term as it continues to evolve.

Zosia Rose 2026
Wild berries, a trace of vanilla, florals. On the tongue it is pure, and yet full of quiet complexity. It finishes dry, with bright acidity. Impossible to forget. Film & w**e pairing? Picnic at Hanging Rock is a match.

Boring it is not 🍇 One morning we’re burying cow horns full of manure, next we’re sprinting across the block because the goat’s found the riesling again and reckons it’s a buffet. Biodynamic farming keeps us humble — we’re not just growing grapes; we’re reading the moon, the soil, the whole ecosystem. No two vintages are alike, and no two days are the same.

Thank you, Michael Cooper, for awarding our 2024 Pinot Gris five stars 🧡’Certified organic and crafted in a dry style, this is one of the region’s finest Pinot Gris. Light lemon/green, the 2024 vintage (*****) is mouthfilling and finely textured, with strong, vibrant peach, lychee and pear flavours, gentle spicy notes, savoury notes adding complexity, balanced acidity and a dry, lingering finish. A generous, very harmonious w**e.’

Soil regeneration takes time. Cow horn manure buried through winter. Preparations stirred before dawn. Pits dug by hand. For over twenty years Seresin Estate has been worked biodynamically and we can see the vitality it brings to the vineyard.

Read this pro review of 2023 Marama Sauvignon Blanc by Cameron Douglas MS

‘Distinctive, different and delicious with aromas and flavours of lees and barrel ferment qualities, a creaminess on the palate and flavours that swing from subtle to intense. A dry w**e, developing too with a readiness on the palate. A decent acid line and persistent flavours, a w**e for enjoying from day of purchase through 2027.’
