We have so many eggs already and started selling routinely and then hatched more birds on hopes to sell them and or there eggs and well I just have way to many. so I’m selling all my babies !! Or trade for a blue make peacock or a few turkeys or guineas

20-3 month old chicks:
A mix of Rhode Island reds, Americana, and olive eggers there mixed with the three and fully feathered so $3 per chick

55$ for all

9-2 month old chicks:
almost fully feathered $2 per chick

$15 for all

“Grapes a growin and roosters crowin”

With school back in session and our oldest starting head start life’s been crazy !! Here on the farm the animals are growing the grapes are starting to ripen and the goats are still eating everything !! And I’m still think of what animals to add next 😅.

Anyone need any fresh eggs for those kiddos in the mornings ? Or maybe for some muffins or even a cake ? We have a couple dozen available !! There laying like hot cakes right now !! Get with me on a dozen or a couple dozen eggs !!!!

2 more day old babies today 🐥our hens where on fire hatching out this year🐣 !!

We have 30+ babies now we are done having chicks for this year 🙏!!

And the 4 week olds moved to the big coop or the “holding cell” as we call it !!

But you know how many eggs 🥚 we’ll collect daily once there all laying ? Almost two dozen a day !!

Here’s a fun fact for you we have green and brown eggs !! What’s the difference ? There’s not one !!

Being a homesteader/father isn’t the most easiest of task.. It test your patience, it takes determination and lots and lots of time. But you always have to include the kids, get them outside get them involved. Spend time letting the animals gain yours and their trust.

This pear jelly has definitely made a name for itself ! I’ve been hearing so many compliments and lots of other people asking for another jar. Anything from a cracker to a piece of toast or to glaze a ham I’ve even had people eating it straight out the spoon!
