We show, milk test, and breed for sound structure, production, and temperament. Our small dairy goat farm is nestled in Alvin, Texas. We are deeply committed to breeding robust, friendly, and structurally sound Miniature Nubian goats. Our goats are registered with Miniature Dairy Goat Association.

What a great weekend at the Gulf Coast Swing! We only brought our Junior Does to this show, and they made us proud!

🌹 Texas Rose Fancy Enough earned Reserve Champion Junior Doe in Ring 1 and Grand Champion Junior Doe in Ring 2!

🇺🇸 Texas Rose Made In America was named Best of Breed in Ring 3!

🍎 Cedar Creek Caramel Apple earned Best of Breed in both Ring 1 and Ring 2!

These girls continue to exceed our expectations, and we are so excited to watch them grow and develop. A huge thank you to the judges, show committee, and all of our goat friends who make these weekends so much fun!

We made it to the Gulf Coast Swing and all the goats are settled in for the night! 🐐❤️

Now it’s time to relax, catch up with all our show friends, and get ready for an exciting day in the ring tomorrow. We always look forward to seeing familiar faces and making new memories at these shows.

Av is especially excited because she’ll be showing Noila tomorrow! We are so proud of how hard she’s worked and can’t wait to watch this team shine.

Jett the English Angora bunny is one handsome boy! 🐰✨

This fluffy guy is absolutely gorgeous. We are so excited because we should have some adorable baby bunnies by him soon! If the babies turn out anything like Jett, they are going to be extra fluffy and hard not to spoil. 💙

Av and Bourbon did such a great job at the show! ❤️🐂

Watching these two together is just the sweetest thing. Bourbon is such a laid back little guy and Av absolutely loves showing him. She walked in the ring so proudly with her buddy by her side, and they both handled everything like pros.

We are so proud of how much confidence Av is building with our miniature zebu. These moments are what it’s all about. 🥹

Good morning from Texas Rose Ranch! ☀️

We are officially sick of all this rain. 😅 Every time we check the weather report it shows more rain… every single day! The pastures are soggy, the animals are muddy, and we are all ready for a little sunshine around here.

The goats and miniature zebu are making the best of it though — and honestly, so are we. Farm life definitely teaches you to roll with whatever Mother Nature decides to do. 🌧️🐐🐄

Little miss Av is already taking her bottle baby duties very seriously 🩷🐮 Oakley is getting all the love, snacks, and cuddles around here. Watching these two bond already has absolutely melted our hearts. I have a feeling this is the start of a lifelong best friendship.

The secret is finally out… our new bottle baby’s name is Oakley! 🤎🐮

Oakley and Av are already best friends. We spent most of the day playing, cuddling, and loving on this sweet little calf. I have a feeling these two are going to make so many memories together growing up here at Texas Rose Ranch.

All the miniature zebu girls have been VERY interested in the new little bottle baby today. 👀🐮

Lots of sniffing, staring, and trying to figure out exactly who this tiny new addition is! Av is completely obsessed already, of course. ❤️

We officially picked out a name for her too… and we’ll be sharing it later this evening! Any guesses? 👇🤠

While we were at the show today, we got the opportunity to get a sweet little bottle baby calf for Av! 🐮🍼 Of course she has already claimed her as “her baby” and has been loving on her nonstop. ❤️

We can’t wait to watch this little calf and Av grow up together. I have a feeling these two are going to be best friends for a very long time. 🥹
