Fall called. It wants more buffalo mozzarella. 🍂🧀

Try this simple seasonal combination: Roasted Delicata Squash + Riverine Ranch Buffalo Mozzarella + Crispy Sage + Honey.

Here’s how:
Slice 1 delicata squash into rings and remove the seeds. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Meanwhile, crisp a handful of fresh sage leaves in olive oil or butter.

Arrange the warm squash on a platter and top with torn pieces of Riverine Ranch Buffalo Mozzarella. Finish with crispy sage, a drizzle of honey, toasted walnuts, and a little flaky salt.

Sweet. Creamy. Savory. Very fall.
