In addition to establishing and maintaining a garden, setting up the campground, prepping for youth field trips and farm stays, clearing turtle trot trails, daily animal husbandry chores, and the occasional grave digging, a big focus this time of year is walking the entire perimeter of the 445 acre parcel of land and removing trees that have fallen on the fence line. We have amazingly skilled ranch hands that do the chainsaw work and repairs before tightening all of the fences. Boredom really isn’t a thing around here 😊
