🗒️Tasting Notes-

This dry Grenache Rosé offers vibrant aromas of watermelon, strawberry, lychee, and dragonfruit, with a splash of orange zest for brightness.

👃👅On the palate, rich notes of dried raspberry and fruit leather are layered with touches of honey and a subtle umami depth, evoking a hint of smoky bacon. The wine is textured and layered, with a savory mid-palate and a clean, tart finish that keeps you coming back for more.

🍽️Pairing Suggestions:

• Classic Pairings: Charcuterie, grilled shrimp, prosciutto-wrapped melon, smoked salmon, or a fresh Niçoise salad.

This Merlot shows off a deep red hue with a slight purple tinge, signaling its richness and depth.
