Stop by Farmers on First today from 11-2pm for your favorite fresh pasta in the greater Chattanooga area! Today’s feature is our SPINACH GEMELLI!! A beautiful thick twisted noodle from our pasta extruder. We take imported semolina flour from Italy and combine it with water, blended and strained spinach plus our farm raised eggs! The best fresh noodle!! No crunch, as it’s never been dried!

Yay yay yay! We got news that pork is ready for pick up on ✨Monday✨! I will pick up and update inventory on the website next week before travels. What we (should) be getting back but not sure the amounts….

Weekend gardening was in full swing with a few extra hands, as family was in town 🥹♥️

We were able to do a thicker layer of mulch between rows, trim and thin some tomatoes, move dirt into new beds, and now not much is left for me to handle this week! Then it’s just watch the plants grow, harvest and maintain! Much easier!

Hopefully it can dry out a little bit, because I’m totally in need of a mow and w**d eating day. 🤣
