No two events are ever the same, and that’s one of my favorite parts of catering. I get to create menus that fit the people, the setting, and the moment. Whether it’s a private event, corporate meal, wedding, shower, or special gathering, my goal is always to make sure the food feels just as thoughtful as the occasion.

I am so humbled and honored to have had the opportunity to feed the RTR Motorsports team this week at Road Atlanta — THE WINNERS!! 🏆

Three days, 9 meals, and lots of happy bellies! It’s so exciting to know that we got to feed the champions!

This was by far the best catering event I’ve done to date. We had an absolute blast and got to experience something completely new. Not to mention, we all love the sport now and have learned so much about it along the way.

THE BEST PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GETTING TO BRING MY FAMILY ALONG. MY KIDS AND MY MOM WERE ALL THERE YESTERDAY, AND WE GOT TO BUILD SUCH AN AMAZING MEMORY TOGETHER ON MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND ❤️

I am so thankful to the team for being so gracious and welcoming to me and my crew. We truly appreciated the experience, and I hope we get the opportunity to do it all again next year!!

Lots of exciting things happening over here at Flavors With Ash, but let me rewind and say I absolutely loved being able to serve the staff at Starling Elementary for Teacher Appreciation Week.

Teachers pour out so much every single day, so being trusted to help create a meal for them was truly an honor. Thank you to Starling Elementary for allowing Flavors With Ash to be part of showing appreciation to the ones who show up for our children daily.

Cooking is my business, but serving will always be my ministry.

Now booking school events, staff luncheons, appreciation meals, private events, and special gatherings. 💚

Drop-off catering can still be thoughtful.

For this setup, everything was prepared, packed, and ready for the guests to enjoy without the host having to worry about the food side of the event.

Fresh fruit trays, sandwiches, salad, snacks, utensils, napkins, and the small details that help the day flow smoother.

Sometimes you need full-service catering, and sometimes you just need the food to show up ready.

Either way, I got you.

Today’s brunch setup came together so beautifully.

I love when I get to create a spread that feels full, warm, and ready for guests to enjoy as soon as they walk in. We had the breakfast favorites, the hot food station, the French toast, the chicken, the fruit, and the heat lamps keeping everything guest-ready.

That part matters to me. I want the food to look good, taste good, and still be ready when people come back for more.

This is the kind of setup that lets the host relax a little and enjoy the moment too.
