Spring weekends were made for the farm! 🌿

There’s nothing quite like pulling up to a roadside stand, seeing what’s freshly harvested, and bringing home something you didn’t plan on, but absolutely needed.

These small stops support local farmers in a big way, and every purchase tells a story of hard work, care, and community.

Next time you see a farm stand, we hope you stop.

Spring vegetables are officially back on the table and we’re starting with carrots! 🧡

Carrots aren’t just crisp and sweet, they’re packed with beta-carotene, which your body converts into vitamin A to support eye health and immune function.

We love them roasted, shaved into salads, or simply enjoyed fresh with a good dip. Simple, vibrant, and straight from the earth.

What’s your favorite way to enjoy carrots this time of year?

We're welcoming Spring with open arms!🌼

There’s something about this season that invites us back outside...back to the farms, the fields, and the people who grow our food. It’s the beginning of longer days, fresh harvests, and new stories waiting to unfold.

This is your sign to plan your first farm visit of the season. Walk the property, meet a farmer, and reconnect with nature.

Where will spring take you first?

We try to squeeze the zest out of winter, so we're reaching for citrus this time of year because winter often feels a little heavy. A little zesty spurt from oranges, grapefruits, and mandarins are packed with vitamin C, which helps support your immune system and adds a bright burst of flavor to meals. Try tossing citrus segments into salads or squeezing fresh juice over roasted veggies for an easy seasonal upgrade.

Winter's cold season always reminds us to slow down and chill-ax! :) Cooking more at home, eating foods that feel hearty and filling, and remember to take the moment to savor each bite. Yep, that’s our kind of wellness.

We don’t believe healthy eating has to feel strict. Sometimes it looks like adding an extra handful of greens or choosing a meal that leaves you feeling energized. Small shifts make a real impact - just like Atomic Habits (awesome book!) reminds us!

We’re celebrating Valentine’s Day the sweet way with something warm from the oven and strawberries at their peak. 🍓❤️ This peanut butter monkey bread is made even better with in-season Florida strawberries, bringing a fresh, juicy balance to every soft, pull-apart bite. Whether you’re sharing it with someone you love or just treating yourself, we believe real joy starts with seasonal ingredients and a little time around the table.

Ingredients:
🍓 1/2 cup Sugar
🍓 1 tsp Cinnamon
🍓 2 16oz cans of refrigerated Biscuits
🍓 1/2 cup peanut butter + 1/2 cup cookie butter, melted and mixed together
🍓 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
🍓 1/4 cup Butter, melted
strawberries for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bundt pan and set aside.
2. In a large plastic bag, combine the sugar and the cinnamon and shake until well combined. Cut the biscuits into quarters and add to the cinnamon sugar mix in the bag. Shake until all of the biscuits are coated.
3. Place half of the biscuits into your bundt pan.
4. Drizzle with half of the melted peanut butter mixture and half of the melted chocolate. Add all of the melted butter.
5. Add the rest of the biscuits to the bundt pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked thoroughly.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm!
