Shipped off to Peru Illinois

Details of the build are below. It does take time, but it is an investment when we are able to interact with customers to ensure we are building what they want.

Takeuchi tb290
-3/4” thick ar400 grade steel
-6” tine spacing
-TAG qc30 coupler 1-3/4” t-pin
-4” risers to achieve the customer desired rake height

We are not a big factory mass producing cookie cutter excavator rakes…we enjoy taking pride in our work and having as much interaction with the customer as they wish.

Another custom build for a Takeuchi tb260 48” wide rake in progress…. 3/4” thick ar400 grade steel for the tines and 45mm pins

Getting things laid out because the customer wants closer tine spacing but wants to ensure his 15.5” wide thumb is not going to hit tooth to tooth, he prefers them to mesh.

Takeuchi tb290 48” wide rake build is completed with 3/4” thick ar400 grade steel and the TAG qc30 coupler 1-3/4” t-pin, closer tine spacing and gussets.
