Why are the holes a different height on just 7 of the tines??? Because a customer requested a rake build with a specific digging depth of 11”.

This is one of the many reasons why we like our rake designs, it allows us to make certain changes easily….and this was one of those situations.

Post Assault Co. worked up a few hat patch ideas for us using our rake frame and a Kubota coupler as the first prototype….they turned out great.

This team can design, laser cut and ship to your door….they are highly recommended!

This is more than just a picture of a check on our office laptop…..it is a picture of trust established between Ferguson Root Rakes and our customer and integrity that we will do what we agreed.

This customer called, we discussed his build, the cost and payment methods…..he mentioned he would like to pay the deposit using his card so we could go ahead and put his build on our list but that he would like to pay the balance by check, I replied “yes sir that is fine.”

A few days later, his check arrived in the mail and I sent him this picture to let him know we received his check but that it would not be cashed until his rake shipped….and that’s exactly what we will do.

That is how this business operates….with Integrity and spreading the love of Jesus with the customers we are privileged to build for.
