Throwback Thursday to our very first event at Taste of Mexico, even before officially opening our Ensenada ATX food truck. That day, we knew our fish tacos would be loved in Austin. Watching our little Kristell grow alongside this dream of three generations of women has been the greatest blessing. From customers who became family to sharing our authentic Baja flavors, we are beyond grateful for this journey. 💙
