Saturday, Oct 10, 7am to 3pm: Community Garage Sale. Clear out the garage, find a great deal, and meet your neighbors.

Saturday and Sunday, Oct 10 and 11, 10am to 2pm: Open House at the Oak Ranch Sales Office, 11900 Charro Dr in Del Valle. Walk through move-in ready homes, with three bedrooms starting at $79,995.

Saturday, Oct 24, 4 to 8pm: Fall Festival. Residents, we're bringing vendors, good food, a DJ, a robot dancer, kids activities, and a dance show right here to the neighborhood.

Wednesday, Oct 28: Halloween Balcony Contest, open to all residents. Get decorating!

Friday, Oct 30: Halloween Party. Bring your best costume and celebrate with your neighbors.

The clubhouse has truly seen it all. Birthday parties, quiet coffee mornings, game nights, and all the little get-togethers where neighbors turn into good friends. It’s kind of the living room for the whole community, and the door is always open.

B-I-N-G-O! What a night at Oak Ranch! Our Bingo Night was filled with big smiles, friendly competition, lucky winners, and plenty of delicious nachos. 🧀🏆

We loved spending the evening with our Oak Ranch residents, calling out numbers, cheering on our winners, and enjoying some well-deserved snacks from our nacho bar. There’s nothing better than bringing our community together for a night of fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition!

The pool at the tail end of summer might just be our favorite version of it. It’s a little quieter, the light turns gold a bit earlier, and all the regulars know each other by name now. Backpacks packed, pencils sharpened, and Oak Ranch kids ready for the first day. 🎒

Sunday morning brought a steady stream of families through the office, kids picking out their new backpacks and parents checking one big thing off the August list. There is something about watching a kid sling a fresh backpack over their shoulders that makes the whole school year feel possible.

Nobody planned this one! Somebody turned the music up, and the next thing you know we had a full-on dance party going. And the best part? This is just a regular day around here. Little moments like these are exactly why we love this community so much.
