There’s nothing more that Mom would appreciate as a gift than a flat of juicy sweet strawberries from the Bapst Berry Patch! 🍓 We seldom have a plentiful supply of berries for Mother’s Day, so don’t miss out on this rare opportunity. We are off to a great start picking a lot of beautiful strawberries for today (Friday) and Saturday! We plan to have several extra available for your last minute gifting needs.

Just a reminder, we will be closed this weekend to let the berries ripen up for next week. This cold, cloudy weather drastically slows down the ripening. With the forecasted frost warnings for both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we had to cover the plants to protect the new blossoms from frost damage. Hopefully this will be the last we have to cover the patch this year! 🙏🏻 It’s a lot of extra work covering and uncovering 4 acres!! 😰

EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRA!! We picked all morning and the strawberries produced more than we expected! We have lots of extra berries available for pick up today. If you need them for the weekend, today is the day!

🍓 Wednesday April 29 Update! 🍓

We will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. We are still monitoring the weather conditions and ripening process of the berries to make ordering/picking decisions for this weekend. The upcoming cooler weather will drastically slow down the ripening process. We’re just getting started with our season, and it should last about 3 more weeks. There’s still plenty of time to get your strawberries for the 2026 season! Thanks for your patience as we work through these weather challenges! 🌧️ 🥶

We finished picking for the day and we still have extra berries available for pick up TODAY!!

We will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday this week to let the berries ripen for the weekend! Ordering information for Friday and Saturday will be available later in the week when we determine availability for those days. The forecast cold temperatures for later this week will delay ripening.

This is only the beginning of our season which should last at least 3 weeks or longer! Do not fear of missing out. There will be plenty of berries available in the coming days/ next week! Thank you for your patience as we get enough ripe berries to meet demand!

‼️9:45 PM UPDATE ‼️Thanks for your overwhelming response to this post! Wow!!! Ordering is now paused until tomorrow morning when we finish up picking and can confirm additional availability for Tomorrow! Thank you to all those who received confirmation for your order, we’ll see you tomorrow! Any New calls and Facebook Messages we receive will be returned at that time! Goodnight everyone! 😴🍓

🍓Strawberry season is already here! We’re at least a week earlier this year than we have ever picked strawberries before!! 😳 We will have limited quantities of strawberries available for purchase on Tuesday (tomorrow). We are currently taking orders for Tuesday, April 28 only. We will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Ordering information for Friday and Saturday will be available later in the week when we determine availability for those days. The forecast cold temperatures for later this week will delay ripening.

Strawberries are coming along nicely, and well ahead of schedule. 🍓😊 Looks like maybe 7-10 days before we can start picking (depending on the weather). We got the patch covered up again (hopefully for the last time)🤞to protect from the frost. Stay tuned! They will be here soon!! 🍓🍓
