It’s easy to forget there’s an actual person behind social media posts … so here I am.

There’s a long story of how I got here, what we put into starting our own ranch from scratch and what we’ve learned/changed along the way.

I didn’t start our social media to boast or teach, I got involved in sharing what we do because it became painfully obvious that ranchers were the scapegoats of every problem that the “world” decided needed attention.

Sharing our life lets YOU decide if we’re the problem.

Hidden meadows with history way, way up in the mountains … someone had one heck of a life here.

Nice first ride out for the season on Honeysuckle … she’s been purchased by a ranching family near Challis and they’ve asked me to keep her going for the summer. She’s going along wonderfully, will be herding range cattle on her soon.

Big thank you to for being my anchor if I needed one (it was a bit breezy and with creeking trees and snapping branches we could have had a run away, but we didn’t).
