Our sincerest apologies but we are in Florida at a dear family friend’s wedding and Marc Marc Girard who we all know and love that makes delicious sandwiches is also out of town celebrating with dear friends!
Huge thanks to our Vinolio family Alex alex , Sarah Sarah Whittle Stoffel Monicque Monicque H Deschamps , Harris Harris murphree for holding down the fort even better than if we were there!

There, I just had to get that out because I am notorious for burying the lede and I’ve got a lot to say today🤷🏼‍♀️

Yesterday 7/24
Was the anniversary of my beloved sister Paula’s passing. I ALWAYS think how much Paula would love Belfast, especially the people and I feel her presence so strongly in our community.
We left Belfast before 5am headed for Bangor airport. Belfast is always so beautiful but let me tell you at the break of dawn she is absolutely stunning❣️
As we drove on Church Street with glimpses of the harbor I was moved to tears by the light.
Keyes Pottery Laura Keyes (she/her) window took my breath away!
I thought how fortunate are we to live in Belfast surrounded by so many wonderful people!
Like our dear friend Dave Dave Alley who took time out of his extremely busy schedule from Sprūce to make sandwiches at Vinolio yesterday! SO amazing!
My friend Pam Pam Diamond sent me a message “thinking of sweet Paula” with this poem from Yesh Kochavim. I felt compelled to share it because it’s so beautiful!
I knew I had to post about not making sandwiches today but I also know that more important than anything is our connections with each other! That is my favorite thing about being at Vinolio.
Now here we are in Florida celebrating a wedding with family who doesn’t share the same DNA but we share the same rhythm of raising our children together for over 25 years. Spending family vacations and holidays together! Celebrating milestones, grieving losses and mending fences!
Our son Costello Costello Sazera is the best man in Drew’s wedding.
It’s been a beautiful reunion with old friends Jane Davis Steve Davis Kristen Eric Stratton can’t wait to see y’all in Belfast❣️

Oregon Pinot Camp class with Alex was SO much fun!
As I always say “the best teachers love to learn as much as they love to teach!”
Alex learned so much in Oregon and shared his experience with us in the best way!
We still have a couple of seats for his “Cult Wine” and his class revisiting the Italian vineyards from our Spring Tuscany trip!
