Good Evening Fox Run Farm Fans! I know that I have not posted much before today and you all may be wondering why. Last year at our award banquet I announced that I would be retiring from hosting our usual show series shows. I stated that some people have shown an interest in continuing our legacy. A committee was started and they are working on the details. They are working on creating a new addition the Fox Run Riding Club. At the last committee meeting and after much thought it was decided to put off having our usual show series until next year. The main reason is that last fall we experienced a terrible tradgedy here at Fox Run Farm. We lost our home and all its contents (which included 40 years of memories and our five cats) to a fire while we were on vacation. Also, due to an injury from last year, I had to have ankle surgery. I had the surgery in February but the surgery failed and I now need another surgery that will take place in two weeks. The Committee felt that this would be best under these circumstances. This will give them more time to be prepared so that a great experience can be had by all. They are hoping to have a fun show and a benefit trail ride later this summer/fall. If you would like to be part of the committee, please contact us. I want to thank everyone who has reached out to us and for all who have kept us in your prayers. This is what has been carrying us through this difficult time. We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends.
