Now a little information about our Jerky

All of our meat is domestic grain fed beef and pork. Our Bacon jerky is gluten free but not our beef jerky. The Soy sauce used in the marinade contains gluten. ( minimal but it’s there )
Our beef jerky has 10g protein with only 1g sugar. So that’s 30g protein to 3g sugar per bag.
We plan on a completely sugar free jerky soon but it’s not the flavor profile we currently offer, just an fyi for those wanting it. It’s only 3 ingredients Beef, sea salt, black pepper. A Dry cowboy style that is often requested. Beef jerky has No added nitrates no liquid smoke added. The bacon jerky is cured with celery powder not chemical nitrates. Any nitrates are naturally occurring. Hopefully this little bit of information answers some of your questions.

As we grow and get more followers I’d like to share a little bit of our story .
We started making our products probably 25 years ago give or take a couple years. At first it was for personal consumption and to share with others. We started with the little round white Nesco Dehydrator and determination to make a healthy snack for our trips to Maui. Then came swim team and we upped our game with a dehydrator that actually had controls for time and temp. While messing with recipes I would share the beef jerky with my regular bar customers. One guy pulled me aside and said “the guys want more of this, please sell it to us or why don’t you sell this to us “ one of those versions is correct. So that’s how it progressed into us being manufactured in a USDA certified facility to be fully compliant and sell to the public. I never imagined this would be my full time gig. Still trying to wrap my mind around it. Happy and blessed doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. A huge thank you to all of our supporters over the years. I wish I could name you all but Facebook only has so much space 🤣. The support and encouragement is overwhelming and appreciated. Thank you all again!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
