❤️🍔 ANDERSON… THANK YOU. 🍔❤️

We’re still trying to wrap our heads around yesterday.

We rolled into the White River Food Truck Festival with 160+ patties on the truck, ready for a busy day and excited to feed some people.

2 hours and 40 minutes later… every single one was gone.

SOLD. OUT. 🔥

That officially makes yesterday the fastest we have ever sold out the Chefty’s trailer.

We may not have broken the record for the most patties eaten by one person—our 11-patty legend still holds that crown. 😂👑🍔

But this record belongs to ALL OF YOU.

And that’s the part we really want to talk about. ❤️

Every person who chose to spend their money with our little food trailer.

Every person who waited in line.

Every familiar face who came back for another Chefty’s Smash.

Every new face who decided to give us a try for the first time.

Every person who ordered the Kimchi Smash, told us how much they loved their food, recommended us to somebody else, followed our page, or simply stopped by the window and showed us some love…

Thank you. Truly.

When you’re inside that trailer working as fast as you can—burgers hitting the flat top, tickets coming in, food going out—it’s easy to get caught up in the craziness of it all.

Then you finally get a second to look outside and realize:

All of those people showed up and chose Chefty’s. 🥹❤️

That means more to us than we can properly put into a Facebook post.

Chefty’s is still growing. We’re still learning. We’re still dreaming about what this little trailer could become. And every event like yesterday makes us even more grateful for the people who continue to show up and make it possible.

And to those of you who came to the window after we sold out—we are genuinely sorry we couldn’t feed you. We hope you’ll give us another chance the next time you see that trailer. ❤️🍔

160+ patties.

2 hours and 40 minutes.

A brand-new Chefty’s record.

But more importantly…

A whole lot of reasons to be thankful. ❤️

From Chef Ty and the entire Chefty’s crew, THANK YOU, ANDERSON.

Yesterday was one for the books. 🍔🔥

Simple. Done. Well.
