This week we have lots of recipes that use a ton of different ingredients from the Farm Shares. I think the only things not covered are the ham steaks, cheddar brats and the pears!

Our Farm Shares are year round and re-up every month. That means you can pause any time (like our current Meat Elite who need a month off!) and restart at any time.

The whole process is so super simple. You just go to WITFarm.com/CSA and choose which Share you'd like - either the Farm Share which is five pounds of meat and a foodie extra twice a month or the Sausage Share which is four pounds of sausage once a month. You can also choose Add-on Shares like fruit and veggies, cheese or eggs. Or all of them!

Next I send you an easy invoice through email. You can even set it to auto pay and never think about it again!

Lastly look out for the email I send out the Wednesday before pick up which lets you know what you'll be getting, where and when to pick up and three delicious recipes.

Then pick up - or you can even have your Farm Share delivered directly to your front door!

It's back! The Blue Boar is a blueberry scone filled with our pork loin, sharp cheddar, microgreens and a maple dijon aioli whipped up by ya girl. We've been selling out remarkably early (10:30 am last week, pre-noon for all of them!) so don't sleep in this Saturday!

This weekend is literal grilling perfection. If you haven't busted out the Weber or what have you, this is your sign!! We have everything you could possibly want to grill - sausages, steaks, chicken wings, pork chops and so, so much more. Don't mess around - it's going to be an insanely busy market so make sure you get your pre-order in ASAP!

A fan favorite last year (literally I had never had shawarma much less made it before then) and it's getting an even better upgrade - toum made by a professional! This week we put our delicious beef shawarma in pita (local if I can find them again) with .kit toum and sumac onions. I have a feeling if I want any leftover I need to just leave it at home!
