Kyle and Jamie are first generation farmers focused on humanely raised livestock, healthy perennial pastures and honoring the meat provided by the livestock.

One of my most favorite sandwiches of all time. A crusty baguette, our melt-in-your-mouth pork belly with a good five spice rub, pickled veggies from and a few extra flavors from Glennhaven Farms! Crossing my fingers for some leftovers!

Blame the guys - they'll be out at a tractor pull and the kids will be back in school so I'm flying solo this week. No sandwiches of any kind - just frozen meat and eggs.

Our Farm Shares are year round and re-up every month. That means you can pause any time (like our current Meat Elite who need a month off!) and restart at any time.

The whole process is so super simple. You just go to WITFarm.com/CSA and choose which Share you'd like - either the Farm Share which is five pounds of meat and a foodie extra twice a month or the Sausage Share which is four pounds of sausage once a month. You can also choose Add-on Shares like fruit and veggies, cheese or eggs. Or all of them!

Next I send you an easy invoice through email. You can even set it to auto pay and never think about it again!

Lastly look out for the email I send out the Wednesday before pick up which lets you know what you'll be getting, where and when to pick up and three delicious recipes.

Then pick up - or you can even have your Farm Share delivered directly to your front door!

When Marqua of Glennhaven Farm had a ton of paste tomatoes leftover last week I knew it was time for one of my new Sandwiches of the Week. A meatball sub on a fluffy .crj sub roll, our little chicken meatballs, a homemade marinara made with those paste tomatoes from Glennhaven and mozzarella cheese from . Ngl I might have to squirrel away a few for myself!
