As one weekend passes we can start looking forward to the next. We have TyJon Charlie coming to play Saturday evening from 6-9 p.m.

This last weekend also ended 5 straight weekends of festivals we poured at. So I'm ready to relax and stay in the Village of Brocton, for a couple of weeks in a row. I will work on getting the month of June events ready. The people have spoken and another Euchre Tournament needs to happen. And so does a Bourbon and Cigar night.

The weekend after this we have the Brocton Springfest. We will have a stage outside of Treehive almost all day long. I believe we have Karaoke, Bee Ziegler, Cherry Bomb, and we're ending the evening with X-Krush! We had too much fun last year so we had to have them back!

I have a few surprises to make the day enjoyable for all. One cat is out of the bag and that is we will have a keg of Ski on tap.

It's been great meeting new people lately and seeing old friends. We've been stamping passports and even started a few on their journey. Thanks Illinois Craft Brewers Guild! We look forward to your next visit. 🍻

The happy winning teams from yesterdays euchre tournament! It was a tough battle! It was so much fun though and they all want to do it again. So look for future events!! The old fashioned record still stands. 😁😎 We tried! 🥃

Things got a little exciting yesterday in the production area. After 2 messes I had to put a blow-off tube on one of the fermenters. It's chugging away happy and not as messy now. This hasn't happened to me in awhile. I wasn't happy about the mess but I am happy that the yeast is happy! 😆😊

Anyway, Have a great Saturday! I look forward to serving you! The new slushy machine works great. It's filled with a good blend of Treehive Bella, Peach Vodka from Witness Distillery, Lime juice, Watermelon syrup, and Honey. The customers who tried it yesterday enjoyed it.

Noon-10 today. Euchre Tournament starts at 1!

Hello Friday and Hello Weekend!!

It's National Road Trip Day! I know about this great place located in the small Village of Brocton, Illinois. Treehive a small batch winery/meadery/cidery and cocktail bar. It's a hidden gem with great drinks including award winning meads. It has a very comfortable coffee shop vibe and the owner/bartender/meadmaker/delivery person/content creator/story teller/mixologist is pretty fun to talk to. That's what I've heard anyway. You should check it out yourself.

Sunday 12-6 p.m.

It's also Craft Distillers Day and there's a pretty good selection of Illinois Craft Distillerys products available. Chill outside with a cigar if you like. You just have to bring your own.
