I’m always down for Mexican 🎉

Don Rique
📍2 Knickerbocker Ave

Don Rique is a recently opened, modern Mexican restaurant in Brooklyn.
Even though it is a Mexican restaurant, the dj played a mix of everything you can think of which I enjoyed.
One thing a Mexican spot will always get right is the drinks, and after 1 I absolutely felt a buzz
- They offer a $10 drink special Thurs-Sunday as well

The menu has a mix of Mexican dishes and modern American, with taco, oysters , burgers , pasta , burritos and more.

There is outdoor seating with a mechanical bull you can ride

When southern food is done right, it’s so good😍

Cornbread & Caviar
📍169-75 137th Ave

cornbreadandcaviar_ is a new southern comfort & steakhouse in queens NYC.
The space is intimate but cozy, with and elevated touch.
The drinks are well crafted, and ther rum punch was a hit for me!

As for the food, their star their corn bread drizzled with a peach honey butter sold me over. I’m not a huge cornbread fan but theirs is done to perfection.
Their Cajun garlic shrimp pasta is creamy, with amazing flavor
& their buttermilk fried chicken deserves 10 stars!

Definitely check them out and show this black owned business some love.

The girls love all you can eat 🥳

Boon Dee Moo Ka Ta บุญดีหมูกระทะ นิวยอร์ก is the only Thai bbq all you can eat restaurant in NYC, and it comes with a hot pot.
This is the first bbq spot I’ve been to where the meat is buffet style which I really liked. You don’t have to wait for anyone to bring food for you, just have to be mindful and not wasteful.

Being that it is a Thai bbq, the flavors are true to the that style that we all love. The hot pot comes with a chicken broth where you can make ramen along side your bbq.

The drinks are separate but everything else is included. They always have an app station with wings crab rangoon and more, we went about 45 mins to closing so it wasn’t filled but still good.

The service was great and I would definitely Reccomend

Sofrito in Harlem has been around for a long time, and my recent visit left me presently surprised and how good it was!

Sofritonyc is a Puerto Rican gem in Harlem right on the water. From the staff to the ambiance, it makes for a beautiful night out.

I really enjoyed everything but the highlights for me were:
The churasco: I got a med cook and it was seasoned beautifully
Piononos: beef stuffed plantain cups 10/10
Camerones al ajillo - yellow rice and shrimp , Spanish rice never misses

Also the dj played a mix of everything which was enjoyable.

Definately check them out

Weekend getaways are always a must! I spent an exciting weekend at Foxwoods Resort Casino , the largest resort casino in North America, just under three hours from NYC.

From dining and shopping at Tanger Outlets to go-karting, Topgolf, and a relaxing spa, there’s no shortage of things to do.🙌🏽

This trip was extra special as I attended exclusive Hell’s Kitchen events, including a watch party with a live Q&A from the contestant’s, then a behind-the-scenes look at the recording studio!🔥

At the studio, I participated in a mystery box cook-off as a judge. Trying the food was surreal because I know we all always wonder is it really that good? ( it is lol )
✨Fun fact: this season marks the first time Hell’s Kitchen was filmed on the East Coast, right at Foxwoods Resort Casino

Before heading out, I stopped by a pop-up shop where I had the honor of meeting Masaharu Morimoto celebrating the launch of his new innovative Japanese restaurant, Momosan. Momosan will feature his signature dishes such as sushi rolls, ramen, sticky ribs and more!

With endless entertainment, I can’t wait to return! Follow Foxwoods Resort Casino for upcoming events and experiences.

When you live in Brooklyn but have to be I. The city, sometimes is just best to turn it into a staycation✨

Moxy NYC Downtown is in a prime location for any downtown Manhattan activities.
What I loved about this hotel was their lobby bar and activity area which is called Recreation
It’s perfect or a pregame or nightcap, as well as their brunch party.

✨Tip: I am pro drive everywhere in nyc, but at this location parking before 7pm is non existent.

Check them out.

This restaurant truly felt like a trip to Italy 😍

Piccola Cucina
📍106 E 60th St

Piccola Cucina is an authentic Italian restaurant uptown ny. The ambiance gives you an Italian feel for sure. We tried:

• Bruschetta
•Lobster Roll
•Fugassa With Pesto
•Fussili pasta with lobster and shrimp
•Cacio e Pepe
•Branzino
•Ribeye Steak
•Apple Tarte + Lemon Cheesecake

The pastas are for sure my favorite, perfectly al dente and flavorful. The ribeye did not lack on flavor as well as the branzino.
The drinks were well crafted and the service was also a 10/10.
