1-2 Green onion (scallions) for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste.

👨🍳 Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash bell peppers and cut off the tops. Using your fingers or a small paring knife, remove the inside membrane and seeds. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Once oil is hot, add onion and saute until fragrant and translucent. About 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic. Stir and cook for another minute.
Add Impossible and cook until browned.
Add cooked rice. Stir until everything is mixed and blended.
Add the amino acids. Stir.
Turn off the heat.
Add the nutritional yeast, herbs, and spices. Stir.
Add K Bloody Mary Mix
Stir well to blend all ingredients.
Stuff bell peppers with mixture and place in a baking or roasting pan.
Add 1 -1 ½ cups of water or veggie broth to the bottom of the pan to keep peppers from sticking and burning.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Plate peppers and pour more K Bloody Mary Mix on top and around on the plate.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
