mango coconut popsicles 🥭🥥

summer is so back!! ☀️ save this recipe for the most refreshing 6-ingredient mango coconut popsicles 😋 they have a crunchy white chocolate coconut shell and a dreamy mango coconut ice cream inside 🍨🤌

Ingredients:
-1 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Cream
-1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen (thaw first if using frozen)
-1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1/4 cup Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Instructions:
Add coconut cream, mango, agave, and vanilla into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.

Once the bars are frozen, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until smooth. Let cool to room temperature or just barely warm, but still a drippy consistency. Stir in shredded coconut until well distributed.

Remove the bars from the molds and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Working quickly, dip the bars one at a time into the white chocolate coconut mixture, using a spoon to help coat as needed. You can either fully coat the bars or dip them halfway. Let any excess chocolate drip off, then return the bars to the parchment-lined tray.

Freeze the bars for 10-20 minutes for the white chocolate to harden. Serve immediately or keep in an airtight container in the freezer to enjoy later. By Chloe Martin

4-ingredient raspberry cheesecake bites ✨

raspberry cheesecake 🤝 coconut macaron

these healthy little bites are ultra creamy, melt in your mouth and easy to make 🥥 the frozen raspberry in the center thaws into the perfect jammy filling for the perfect sweet treat 😋

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut
• 1 cup yogurt of choice
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional but recommended)

Directions:

1. Mix the shredded coconut, yogurt, maple syrup, and protein powder until a dough forms.
2. Scoop a small amount of the mixture and flatten slightly in your hand.
3. Place a frozen raspberry in the center and roll into a ball.
4. Repeat with remaining mixture and raspberries. Roll into extra shredded coconut.
5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.

they’re easy to prep, high-protein made with healthy ingredients and taste like birthday cake for breakfast 🤌😋

1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract
sprinkles

combine all ingredients into a bowl with a lid and stir well. refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken, preferably a few hours or overnight. scoop into a small jar, top with yogurt and flip over and dip into sprinkles. enjoy!

viral rice paper mochi 🍓🍚

have you tried this trend? 🤭 we may be a week late, but we obviously had to try it for ourselves with our tapioca starch. the verdict…. not the same texture as mochi but a super tasty high protein option 😉

1 package rice paper
1 cup yogurt of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (if yogurt isn’t sweetened)
Chopped strawberries or mango
Let’s Do Organic Tapioca Starch or Cornstarch to roll in

Wet rice paper. Dollop yogurt mixture and layer fruit over top. Carefully roll into a ball or fold. Roll in tapioca starch or cornstarch. Freeze for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!

strawberry soft serve 🍓☁️

Instructions:
Blend the coconut milk with the strawberries. Pour into an ice cream tray and freeze overnight. The following day, blend the strawberry cubes, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt with a splash of almond milk (if needed) until very smooth and creamy. this ultra thickkkk mango chia pudding tastes like a tropical vacation 🌴 made with mango, coconut, and passion fruit, it’s creamy, refreshing, and easily made with pantry staples 😋

ingredients:
• 1 cup Native Forest Organic Mango Chunks
• 1 cup yogurt of choice
• 1/2 cup Native Forest Organic Simple coconut milk
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut

toppings:
fresh passion fruit + yogurt (optional) ✨

instructions:

1. Purée mangos in a blender.
2. Add the pureed mango, yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, chia seeds and shredded coconut into a glass jar, stir well and then top with a lid.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
4. Top with yogurt and fresh passion fruit before serving 🥭
