bounty bar chia pudding 🥥🍫

if you love bounty bars you you need to make this bounty chia pudding 😌 It’s easy to prep, thickkk, creamy, loaded with coconut flavor and topped with a layer of chocolate!! 🥥🍫🤌

recipe below 👇
3/4 cup yogurt of choice
1/2 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut (more for topping)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/4 chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil

1. add the yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla and a pinch of salt to a jar. mix well until combined.
2. refrigerate for at least 30 mins or overnight.
3. melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
4. pour the melted chocolate over the chia pudding refrigerate for 5-10 mins for a melted chocolate or 20 mins for a magic shell. finally sprinkle with extra shredded coconut and enjoy!

coconut bounty cups 🥥🍫

if you love chocolate + coconut, you need to make these 6-ingredient coconut bounty bar cups!!! 🥥 they have a coconut filling sandwiched between two layers of chocolate for the ultimate sweet treat 😮‍💨

recipe below 👇
2 cups let’s do organic shredded coconut
1/2 cup let’s do organic heavy coconut cream, refrigerated overnight
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil

melt chocolate chips + coconut oil until smooth. pour about 1 tbsp into the bottom of a lined muffin tin and freeze for 10 minutes or until set.

mix shredded coconut, the solid coconut cream, maple syrup + vanilla until a thick, paste-y dough forms. scoop 1-2 tbsp over the chocolate layer and press down evenly with a spoon.

top with the remaining melted chocolate + a little shredded coconut or flaky salt. pop them back in the freezer until firm & enjoy!

pb & j chocolate cups 🍓🥜

peanut butter cups meet pb&j with this easy treat!! they’re like a reeses peanut butter cup with a layer of jelly in the inside but crunchy like a butterfinger 🤤 basically the best of both worlds 🤌

recipe below👇

1 package Edward & Sons Unsalted Brown Rice Snaps
1 cup chocolate chips (we used Pascha Chocolate)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Coconut Flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup jelly of choice (we used strawberry)

instructions:
1. melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
2. pour a thin layer of chocolate into the bottom of each cupcake liner and freeze.
3. mix together the peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
4. once chocolate layer sets remove from freezer and top with a brown rice snap.
5. next add about 1 tbsp of the peanut butter filling to each cup and gently press into an even layer, then add 1 tsp of jelly in the center of the peanut layer.
6. finally top with another brown rice snap, then pour melted chocolate over the top until covered.
7. freeze for a few hours or overnight until firm.

healthy twix cups 🍫🥜

peanut butter cups meet twix with this easy 6-ingredient snack!!! they’re crunchy like a twix with a soft peanut butter filling like a reese’s 🤤 basically the best of both worlds 🤌

recipe below👇

1 package Edward & Sons Lightly Salted Brown Rice Snaps
1 cup chocolate chips (we used Pascha Chocolate)
1 tsp coconut oil

birthday cake chia pudding 🍰🎂

if you want to basically eat birthday cake for breakfast, make this 🤭 our birthday cake chia pudding is thick, creamy, loaded with sprinkles and tastes just like vanilla cake batter 🤌 meal prep it the night before for the easiest sweet breakfast or snack ☺️

ingredients:
1 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
1 cup yogurt of choice
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds (use 1/3 cup for a creamier pudding)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract
pinch of salt
sprinkles + yogurt for topping

instructions:

1. add the coconut milk, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, almond extract and salt to a bowl. mix until well combined.
2. cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
3. scoop the chia pudding into a jar and spread a layer of yogurt on top.
4. pour sprinkles onto a plate, then turn the jar upside down and gently press the yogurt-covered top into the sprinkles.
5. flip it back over and enjoy!

coconut ninja creami 🥥

this might be the creamiest coconut ice cream you’ll ever try 🤌 it’s made dairy-free with coconut milk, coconut flakes, and sweetened condensed coconut milk for the best coconut flavor ☺️and obviously it’s even better scooped into a sugar cone🌴

ingredients:
1 cup Native Forest Organic Unsweetened Simple Coconut Milk
⅔ cup Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
3 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Original Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
pinch of salt
Let’s Do Gluten Free Sugar Cones

blend everything together until smooth, pour into your Ninja Creami container + freeze overnight. spin on “lite ice cream,” make a small well in the center and add 2 tbsp coconut milk, then re-spin until thick + creamy 🤌

scoop into a sugar cone, top with a little extra coconut + enjoy 🥥 no creami? freeze the blended mixture in ice cube trays overnight, then blend the frozen cubes with 2 tbsp coconut milk until creamy!

coconut slushies 🥥

if you love coconut, you need to try these coconut slushies this summer ☺️ they’re refreshing, creamy, coconutty, and so easy to make 🤌 you can pour over an espresso or matcha shot for a caffeinated version too 🤭

1 can Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk, frozen into ice cubes
2 cups ice
1 cup milk of choice (we used oat)
1 can Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk

Start by pouring a can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freezing overnight. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Add more ice if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy!

peaches & cream ice cream 🍑

it’s a ninja creami summer and this might be one of our fav ways to use a can of peaches ☺️ it’s ultra creamy(!!) peachy, totally dairy-free and made with just 4 pantry staples 🤌

What you need:
🍑 1 can Native Forest Organic Yellow Cling Peaches, drained
🥥 1 can Native Forest Organic Coconut Cream, up to the fill line
🍦 2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix (we love )
✨ 1 tsp vanilla

add everything to your Ninja Creami pint and mix. freeze for 24 hours, then spin on the ice cream setting. re-spin if needed until creamy. top with graham crackers or sweetened condensed coconut milk and you can even mix in more peaches or cookies! enjoy!

mango sticky rice overnight oats 🥭🍚

it’s peak mango season and we obviously had to turn mango sticky rice into overnight oats 🫡 it’s easy to meal prep and tastes like dessert for breakfast 😌🤌 you need to try!!

recipe below👇

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Cream
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

toppings: mango, shredded coconut, black sesame seeds and let’s do organic sweetened condensed coconut milk

how to: mix all ingredients in a glass container, refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. top with fresh mango, sesame seeds, shredded coconut milk and of course sweetened condensed coconut milk ✨

mango sticky rice smoothie 🥭🍚

our take on the viral mango sticky rice smoothie ☺️ every sip tastes just like the classic thai dessert 😮‍💨🤌 so refreshing, rich and creamy!!! with layers of tapioca pudding, coconut cream and sweetened condensed coconut milk 🥥

recipe 👇

✨ Tapioca Pudding:
• 1 can Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
• 1/4 cup Let’s Do Organic Tapioca Granules
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla

Add everything to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring often. Cook for 10–15 minutes until thickened. Let cool.

🥭 Mango Smoothie:
• 1½ cups frozen mango
• 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup rice milk or coconut milk

Blend until smooth.

Coat glass in coconut cream, then layer the tapioca pudding and mango smoothie in a glass, drizzle sweetened condensed coconut milk, add mango chunks and black sesame seeds on top!
