Sunnybrook is a small privately owned ranch located at the base of the San Ysidro Mountains and the edge of the Pacific Ocean in Santa Barbara. Our Barn attends many of the “A” shows throughout California, along with most Los Angeles Area “B” shows, and some local county shows. We are selective about our customers and look for clients whose goals are compatible with our barn’s values. We take our sport seriously, but have fun while striving for excellence.

Fabulous, winning Small Pony ready to take his next rider all the way. “Secret Spot” is the ultimate teacher, capable of bringing a child from their first horse show through to the Child Pony Division and always at the top of the ribbons.

Exceptionally safe, reliable, and forgiving, he is suitable for riders of all levels while still being very competitive. With numerous wins and championships across the country, he knows his job and delivers every time.

Following a successful winter circuit, Sunnybrook Ranch in Santa Barbara is looking to add to our team with full-time or part-time positions available.

We are seeking an experienced rider who enjoys riding and schooling ponies of all sizes (small, medium, and large) and is comfortable teaching riders as part of a professional program. Strong horsemanship, solid flatwork, and a positive team attitude are essential.

Sunnybrook offers a beautiful ocean-view ranch setting and a supportive, hardworking barn environment.
